How can an app encourage children with autism to complete daily tasks?

My Adventure App
The My Adventure app is a digital visual schedule geared toward children with autism. The app encourages children to complete daily tasks and provides parents with tools to build personalized schedules that best suits their child.
Too many tasks can cause anxiety
Research shows that children with autism have greater difficulties coping with unstructured time. When children with autism experience more anxiety, this hinders their ability to complete basic tasks throughout the day.
Visual schedules provide reliable structure
A visual schedule app helps to increase structure with the use of images and instructions. The interface provides a welcoming atmosphere for the child to build recognition. In order to help focus on each task, the app routinely gives positive reinforcement supported by friendly visuals, simple drag and drop actions, and personable characters.
